Es wird angewendet\u00a0<strong>als Erg\u00e4nzung zu einer kalorienreduzierten Ern\u00e4hrung und gesteigerter k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t<\/strong>. Es ist\u00a0<strong>nicht zur kosmetischen Gewichtsreduktion bestimmt<\/strong>\u00a0oder f\u00fcr den kurzfristigen Gebrauch.<\/p>\n<h4>Wie Es Funktioniert<\/h4>\n<p class=\"mb-2 last:mb-0\">Contrave kombiniert zwei Wirkstoffe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Naltrexon HCl<\/strong>\u00a0(8 mg pro Tablette): Ein Opioidrezeptor-Antagonist, der den Appetit und das Verlangen nach Essen verringern kann, indem er die Belohnungswege im Gehirn moduliert (z. B. COR-I- und COR-II-Studien) zeigten einen durchschnittlichen Gewichtsverlust von ca. 5 % \u00fcber 56 Wochen im Vergleich zu Placebo (4\u20135 % der Patienten erreichten einen Gewichtsverlust von \u2265 5 %). Eine Metaanalyse aus dem Jahr 2020 in\u00a0<em>Adipositas-Bewertungen<\/em>\u00a0Die Wirksamkeit wurde zwar best\u00e4tigt (3-5 kg \u200b\u200bmehr als bei Placebo), jedoch wurde die Integration in den Alltag besonders hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n<h4>Darreichungsformen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>St\u00e4rke<\/strong>: 8 mg Naltrexon \/ 90 mg Bupropion pro l\u00e4nglicher, film\u00fcberzogener Tablette (gelb; Aufdruck \u201e8\/90\u201c).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verpackung<\/strong>: Flaschen mit 60 oder 120 Tabletten (28-Tage- bzw. 56-Tage-Vorrat bei maximaler Dosierung).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verwaltung<\/strong>Im Ganzen mit Wasser schlucken; zur Linderung von \u00dcbelkeit zu den Mahlzeiten einnehmen.
