Dieses kurz wirksame zentralnerv\u00f6se Beruhigungsmittel verst\u00e4rkt die Wirkung von Gamma-Aminobutters\u00e4ure (GABA), einem Neurotransmitter, der \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Hirnaktivit\u00e4t beruhigt und so eine entspannende und angstl\u00f6sende Wirkung erzielt. Die St\u00e4rke von 0,5 mg wird h\u00e4ufig sowohl f\u00fcr die Erstbehandlung als auch f\u00fcr die Langzeittherapie verwendet.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Was ist Alprazolam 0,5 mg?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Alprazolam geh\u00f6rt zur Gruppe der Benzodiazepine. Es ist als Tablette mit sofortiger Wirkstofffreisetzung (einschlie\u00dflich Schmelztabletten), als Retardtablette und als L\u00f6sung zum Einnehmen erh\u00e4ltlich. Die pfirsichfarbene, ovale Tablette mit 0,5 mg ist eine der gebr\u00e4uchlichsten Darreichungsformen. Aufgrund seines Abh\u00e4ngigkeits- und Missbrauchspotenzials unterliegt es der Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelverordnung (Schedule IV).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u00c4rzte verschreiben Alprazolam 0,5 mg h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr folgende Zwecke:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Generalisierte Angstst\u00f6rung (GAD)<\/strong>Zur Linderung von Symptomen \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Sorgen und Anspannung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Panikst\u00f6rung<\/strong>: Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob eine Agoraphobie vorliegt, tr\u00e4gt es dazu bei, die H\u00e4ufigkeit und Schwere pl\u00f6tzlicher Panikattacken zu verringern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Es kann auch zur kurzfristigen Linderung von Angstzust\u00e4nden im Zusammenhang mit Depressionen oder anderen Erkrankungen unter \u00e4rztlicher Aufsicht eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Empfohlene Dosierung und Verwaltung<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Die Dosierung muss individuell an den Zustand, das Alter und das Ansprechen des Patienten angepasst werden. Bei Angstzust\u00e4nden Erwachsener beginnt die Behandlung \u00fcblicherweise mit 0,25 mg bis 0,5 mg, 2- bis 3-mal t\u00e4glich. Die Dosis kann in Abst\u00e4nden von 3 bis 4 Tagen schrittweise erh\u00f6ht werden, bis maximal 4 mg pro Tag, aufgeteilt auf mehrere Gaben, erreicht sind.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Bei Panikst\u00f6rungen betr\u00e4gt die Anfangsdosis h\u00e4ufig 0,5 mg dreimal t\u00e4glich, bei Bedarf kann sie auf maximal 10 mg pro Tag erh\u00f6ht werden. Retardpr\u00e4parate werden \u00fcblicherweise einmal t\u00e4glich morgens eingenommen. \u00c4ltere Patienten oder Patienten mit Leberfunktionsst\u00f6rungen beginnen mit niedrigeren Dosen, z. B. 0,25 mg zwei- bis dreimal t\u00e4glich.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Nehmen Sie Alprazolam mit oder ohne Nahrung ein. Retardtabletten d\u00fcrfen nicht zerkleinert oder zerkaut werden. Die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Einnahme ist wichtig, und ein abruptes Absetzen sollte vermieden werden, um Entzugserscheinungen vorzubeugen. Bei Langzeitanwendung steigt das Risiko f\u00fcr Toleranzentwicklung, k\u00f6rperliche Abh\u00e4ngigkeit und Entzugserscheinungen nach dem Absetzen.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Wichtige Vorsichtsma\u00dfnahmen und Warnhinweise<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Alprazolam tr\u00e4gt einen Warnhinweis zu den Risiken bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Opioiden, Alkohol oder anderen zentrald\u00e4mpfenden Mitteln, da dies zu starker Sedierung, Atemdepression, Koma oder Tod f\u00fchren kann.
