De dosis van 20 mg is de maximaal aanbevolen sterkte per tablet. Niet geschikt voor vrouwen, kinderen of recreatief gebruik.<\/p>\n<h4>Hoe Het Werkt<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Vardenafil verhoogt de bloedtoevoer naar de penis door de gladde spieren te ontspannen en de bloedvaten te verwijden tijdens seksuele stimulatie.<\/li>\n<li>Dat klopt.\u00a0<strong>niet<\/strong>\u00a0een erectie veroorzaken zonder opwinding en\u00a0<strong>doet dat niet<\/strong>\u00a0Bescherming tegen SOA's of verhoging van de vruchtbaarheid.<\/li>\n<li>De effecten beginnen doorgaans bij\u00a0<strong>25-60 minuten<\/strong>, piekt na 30-120 minuten en duurt\u00a0<strong>4-5 uur<\/strong>\u00a0(in sommige gevallen tot wel 8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-2 last:mb-0\"><strong>Bewijs<\/strong>: Klinische onderzoeken (bijv. FDA-goedkeuringsgegevens uit 2003 en studies in\u00a0<em>Het tijdschrift voor seksuele geneeskunde<\/em>Uit onderzoek blijkt dat 20 mg vardenafil de erectie verbetert bij 65-80% van de mannen met erectiele disfunctie, en daarmee beter presteert dan een placebo (30-40%).
