De standaarddosis is\u00a0<strong>60 mg<\/strong>naar behoefte ingenomen\u00a0<strong>1-3 uur v\u00f3\u00f3r de verwachte seksuele activiteit<\/strong>. Zijn\u00a0<strong>niet<\/strong>\u00a0voor erectiestoornissen (ED) of dagelijks gebruik zoals andere SSRI's (bijvoorbeeld voor depressie).<\/p>\n<h4>Belangrijkste feiten en bewijsmateriaal<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mechanisme<\/strong>Het werkt door de serotoninespiegel in de hersenen te verhogen, waardoor de ejaculatie wordt vertraagd door de ejaculatiereflex te moduleren.
