De effecten zijn maximaal na 1-4 uur; de werking houdt ongeveer 6-12 uur aan.<\/li>\n<li>Bouw het gebruik geleidelijk af om ontwenningsverschijnselen (bijv. epileptische aanvallen, angstrebound) te voorkomen. Niet geschikt voor langdurig gebruik (&gt;4 weken) zonder toezicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-2 last:mb-0\"><strong>Hoe Het Werkt<\/strong>:<br \/>\nClonazepam versterkt de neurotransmitter.\u00a0<strong>VOORKANT<\/strong>\u00a0In de hersenen heeft het een kalmerend effect doordat het overactieve zenuwsignalen remt. Naloxon is niet effectief; ondersteunende zorg is nodig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intrekking<\/strong>Kan epileptische aanvallen\/angst nabootsen; afbouwen onder toezicht (NICE-richtlijnen bevelen een wekelijkse reductie van 10-25% aan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-2 last:mb-0\"><strong>Evidence Base<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meta-analyses (bijv. Cochrane Review 2010) bevestigen de werkzaamheid bij angst op de korte termijn, maar wijzen op het risico van tolerantie.<\/li>\n<li>Langetermijngegevens (JAMA Psychiatry 2018) tonen een hoger risico op dementie bij langdurig gebruik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-2 last:mb-0\"><strong>Beschikbaarheid<\/strong>In Europa en Latijns-Amerika is het algemeen verkrijgbaar onder de naam Trankimazin (bijvoorbeeld in Spanje en Mexico).
