De sterkte van 200 mg is doorgaans een\u00a0<strong>formulering met verlengde afgifte (ER)<\/strong>\u00a0(bijv. Vermijden bij ouderen, lever-\/nierfunctiestoornissen (dosis met 50% verlagen; farmacokinetische studies tonen een verlengde halfwaardetijd van ~7 uur aan).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tekenen van een overdosis<\/strong>: Nauwe pupillen, coma, apneu.
