Het is de tartraatzoutvorm van dihydrocode\u00efne en wordt veel gebruikt in tabletten met onmiddellijke afgifte (zoals 30 mg) en preparaten met verlengde afgifte. Het biedt effectieve pijnverlichting wanneer niet-opio\u00efde pijnstillers zoals paracetamol of ibuprofen onvoldoende effect hebben.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Dihydrocode\u00efne tartraat, vaak verkocht onder merknamen zoals DF118 Forte of als generiek geneesmiddel, is ongeveer twee keer zo krachtig als code\u00efne en werkt door in te werken op opio\u00efde receptoren in het centrale zenuwstelsel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Belangrijke veiligheidsmededeling<\/strong>Dihydrocode\u00efne tartraat is een <strong>gereguleerde stof<\/strong> (Klasse B in het VK) en alleen verkrijgbaar op recept. Het brengt risico's met zich mee op afhankelijkheid, tolerantie en ademhalingsdepressie. Gebruik het uitsluitend onder medisch toezicht en voor de kortst mogelijke periode.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Hoe werkt dihydrocode\u00efne tartraat?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Dihydrocode\u00efnetartraat bindt zich aan mu-opio\u00efde receptoren in de hersenen en het ruggenmerg, waardoor de pijnperceptie wordt verminderd en een licht kalmerend effect optreedt. Vormen met onmiddellijke afgifte beginnen doorgaans binnen 1,5 tot 2 uur te werken en de werking houdt 4 tot 6 uur aan, terwijl varianten met verlengde afgifte gedurende 12 uur een constante pijnverlichting bieden.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Het kan in specifieke gevallen ook worden gebruikt bij ernstige hoest of kortademigheid, hoewel pijnbestrijding de primaire indicatie is.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Belangrijkste kenmerken en voordelen<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Effectieve pijnstilling<\/strong> \u2014 Betrouwbare verlichting van pijn na een operatie, letsel, artritis of chronische aandoeningen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meerdere formuleringen<\/strong> \u2014 Tabletten met onmiddellijke afgifte van 30 mg en opties met verlengde afgifte (60 mg, 90 mg, 120 mg).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bewezen staat van dienst<\/strong> \u2014 Een al lang bestaand opio\u00efde met een goed gedocumenteerde werkzaamheid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibele dosering<\/strong> \u2014 Kan onder medische begeleiding worden aangepast aan de individuele pijnbeleving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Aanbevolen dosering (volwassenen)<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Tabletten met onmiddellijke afgifte (30 mg)<\/strong>30 mg elke 4-6 uur naar behoefte. Maximaal 240 mg per dag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Langdurige afgifte<\/strong>: 60\u2013120 mg elke 12 uur (door arts aan te passen).<\/li>\n<li>Oudere pati\u00ebnten of pati\u00ebnten met nier- of leverfunctiestoornissen hebben een lagere dosering nodig.<\/li>\n<li>Volg altijd nauwkeurig de instructies van uw arts op. Tabletten met verlengde afgifte niet fijnmaken of kauwen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Niet geschikt voor<\/strong> kinderen jonger dan 4 jaar (beperkt gebruik 4-12 jaar) of bepaalde risicogroepen.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Mogelijke Bijwerkingen<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Vaak voorkomende bijwerkingen zijn:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Slaperigheid en duizeligheid veroorzaken<\/li>\n<li>Constipatie<\/li>\n<li>Misselijkheid of braken<\/li>\n<li>Droge mond<\/li>\n<li>Hoofdpijn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ernstige risico's zijn onder andere ademhalingsdepressie, afhankelijkheid, tolerantie en ontwenningsverschijnselen bij abrupt stoppen met het gebruik.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Belangrijke veiligheidsinformatie<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Verslavingsrisico<\/strong>Langdurig gebruik kan leiden tot fysieke en psychische afhankelijkheid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interacties<\/strong>Vermijd gebruik in combinatie met alcohol, kalmeringsmiddelen of andere middelen die het centrale zenuwstelsel onderdrukken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rijden<\/strong>Kan de alertheid verminderen \u2014 bestuur geen voertuigen en bedien geen machines als u hierdoor be\u00efnvloed wordt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zwangerschap\/Borstvoeding<\/strong>Over het algemeen afgeraden, tenzij de voordelen opwegen tegen de risico's.<\/li>\n<li>Koop alleen bij erkende apotheken. Koop nooit bij niet-gereguleerde bronnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Wanneer moet u een arts raadplegen?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Neem contact op met uw zorgverlener als de pijn aanhoudt of verergert, of als u ademhalingsproblemen, ernstige constipatie of tekenen van een allergische reactie ervaart.
