Het werkt door de gladde spieren in de prostaat en de blaasnek te ontspannen, waardoor de urinestroom verbetert en urinewegklachten bij mannen afnemen. De standaard start- en onderhoudsdosis voor de meeste pati\u00ebnten is 0,4 mg.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Wat is Tamsulosine 0,4 mg?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Tamsulosine is een selectieve alfa-1A-adrenerge receptorantagonist die zich voornamelijk richt op receptoren in de prostaat. Het is verkrijgbaar in de vorm van capsules voor oraal gebruik, die doorgaans eenmaal daags worden ingenomen. In tegenstelling tot sommige andere prostaatmedicijnen heeft het minder invloed op de bloeddruk, waardoor het geschikt is voor veel mannen, waaronder mannen met een normale of gecontroleerde bloeddruk.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Artsen schrijven Tamsulosine 0,4 mg voornamelijk voor in de volgende gevallen:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Goedaardige prostaatvergroting (BPH)<\/strong>: Om urinaire symptomen zoals een zwakke urinestraal, moeite met plassen, aandrang, frequent plassen en onvolledige blaaslediging te verlichten.<\/li>\n<li>Off-label gebruik: Soms bij de passage van nierstenen (ureterstenen) om de stenen gemakkelijker te laten passeren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Aanbevolen Dosering en Administratie<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">De gebruikelijke dosering is 0,4 mg eenmaal daags, ongeveer 30 minuten na dezelfde maaltijd. Deze consistentie zorgt voor een stabiele geneesmiddelspiegel. Als de symptomen na 2-4 weken niet verbeteren, kan uw arts de dosering verhogen naar 0,8 mg eenmaal daags.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Slik de capsule in zijn geheel door \u2013 niet fijnmalen, kauwen of openen. Tamsulosine begint binnen enkele uren te werken, maar het kan enkele weken duren voordat het volledige effect merkbaar is. Voor oudere pati\u00ebnten is meestal geen doseringsaanpassing nodig, maar pati\u00ebnten met ernstige lever- of nierfunctiestoornissen dienen het middel met voorzichtigheid te gebruiken. Als u de behandeling enkele dagen overslaat, begin dan opnieuw met de dosering van 0,4 mg.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Mogelijke Bijwerkingen<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Veelvoorkomende bijwerkingen van tamsulosine 0,4 mg zijn duizeligheid, hoofdpijn, abnormale ejaculatie (retrograde ejaculatie), loopneus of verstopte neus en vermoeidheid. Deze klachten verdwijnen vaak naarmate het lichaam zich aanpast.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ernstigere, maar minder vaak voorkomende bijwerkingen zijn onder andere een plotselinge bloeddrukdaling (vooral na de eerste dosis of bij het opstaan), flauwvallen, priapisme (langdurige erectie) of allergische reacties. Het kan ook het risico op complicaties bij staaroperaties verhogen (intraoperatief floppy iris-syndroom), dus informeer uw oogarts als u tamsulosine gebruikt of heeft gebruikt.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Belangrijke voorzorgsmaatregelen en waarschuwingen<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Tamsulosine kan orthostatische hypotensie veroorzaken, wat kan leiden tot duizeligheid of flauwvallen. Vermijd autorijden of het bedienen van machines totdat u weet hoe het middel u be\u00efnvloedt. Informeer uw arts over eventuele voorgeschiedenis van lage bloeddruk, sulfonamide-allergie, prostaatkanker of een aanstaande oogoperatie.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Het wordt over het algemeen goed verdragen in combinatie met andere medicijnen, maar kan een wisselwerking hebben met andere alfablokkers, PDE5-remmers (zoals sildenafil) of sterke CYP3A4-remmers. Niet aanbevolen voor vrouwen of kinderen. Gebruik tijdens de zwangerschap is niet relevant, aangezien het alleen voor mannen is bedoeld.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Tamsulosine 0,4 mg prijs<\/strong>Als generiek geneesmiddel is het zeer betaalbaar.
