Het werd oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld voor de behandeling van aandoeningen zoals spieratrofie, osteoporose en benigne prostaatvergroting. Tegenwoordig wordt het veel gebruikt in de bodybuilding- en fitnesswereld vanwege het vermogen om de groei van magere spiermassa en vetverlies te bevorderen met minder androgene bijwerkingen dan traditionele anabole stero\u00efden.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Wat is Andarine S4?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Andarine S4 is een niet-stero\u00efde SARM die zich selectief bindt aan androgeenreceptoren in spier- en botweefsel. In tegenstelling tot stero\u00efden is het erop gericht anabole voordelen te bieden met minimale impact op organen zoals de prostaat, haarzakjes en talgklieren. Beginners starten meestal met 25 mg\/dag, terwijl ervaren gebruikers tot 50 mg\/dag kunnen gaan. Het is verboden door WADA en de meeste sportorganisaties. Er zijn beperkte gegevens over de veiligheid op lange termijn.
