Het is geclassificeerd als een nieuwe psychoactieve stof (NPS) of research chemical en is <strong>niet goedgekeurd voor medisch gebruik<\/strong> in elk belangrijk rechtsgebied, waaronder de VS, het VK of de EU. A <strong>Dosis van 3 mg<\/strong> wordt volgens gebruikersrapporten beschouwd als een sterke\/gangbare dosis voor recreatief gebruik of als angstremmer.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Farmacologie<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Pyrazolam werkt als een positieve allosterische modulator van de <strong>GABA-A-receptor<\/strong>Het middel heeft voornamelijk een hoge affiniteit voor de \u03b12- en \u03b15-subeenheden. Het produceert sterke anxiolytische (angstremmende) effecten met naar verluidt minder sedatie en spierontspanning in vergelijking met traditionele benzodiazepinen zoals alprazolam of diazepam.<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Aanvang (oraal)<\/strong>: 30\u201360 minuten<\/li>\n<li><strong>Piek<\/strong>: 2-4 uur<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duur<\/strong>: 6-10 uur (sommige gebruikers melden een langer aanhoudend effect)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Het staat bekend om zijn relatief kalmerende, angstverminderende werking, waardoor het populair is geworden in bepaalde onderzoekskringen binnen de chemische industrie.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Acute veiligheidsprofiel<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Pyrazolam is een krachtige benzodiazepine. Bij <strong>3mg<\/strong>Gebruikers melden doorgaans het volgende:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Aanzienlijke vermindering van angstgevoelens<\/li>\n<li>Lichte tot matige sedatie<\/li>\n<li>Spierontspanning<\/li>\n<li>In sommige gevallen milde euforie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Vaak Voorkomende Bijwerkingen<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Slaperigheid en vermoeidheid<\/li>\n<li>Duizeligheid en co\u00f6rdinatieproblemen<\/li>\n<li>Geheugenstoornis (anterograde amnesie)<\/li>\n<li>Droge mond<\/li>\n<li>De volgende dag is het gevoel van sufheid (\"benzo-kater\").<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Ernstige risico's<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Ademhalingsdepressie (vooral in combinatie met alcohol, opio\u00efden of andere verdovende middelen)<\/li>\n<li>Grote kans op tolerantie, afhankelijkheid en ontwenningsverschijnselen.<\/li>\n<li>Angstgevoelens en slapeloosheid die terugkeren na het stoppen met de medicatie.<\/li>\n<li>Risico op epileptische aanvallen bij abrupt stoppen na langdurig gebruik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Toxiciteit en afhankelijkheid<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Net als andere benzodiazepinen brengt pyrazolam een \u200b\u200baanzienlijk risico op lichamelijke en psychische afhankelijkheid met zich mee. Regelmatig gebruik, zelfs gedurende enkele weken, kan leiden tot ontwenningsverschijnselen die ernstig kunnen zijn. Er zijn zeer beperkte klinische veiligheidsgegevens over pyrazolam specifiek, omdat het nooit volledige klinische studies bij mensen heeft ondergaan voor medische goedkeuring.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Geneesmiddelinteracties en contra-indicaties<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Hoog risico<\/strong>Alcohol, opio\u00efden, andere benzodiazepinen, gabapentino\u00efden of andere middelen die het centrale zenuwstelsel onderdrukken (kunnen leiden tot gevaarlijke ademhalingsdepressie of een overdosis).<\/li>\n<li>Gecontra-indiceerd voor personen met aandoeningen aan de luchtwegen, een voorgeschiedenis van drugsverslaving, ernstige depressie of leverfunctiestoornissen.<\/li>\n<li>Niet aanbevolen tijdens zwangerschap of borstvoeding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Juridische status (vanaf 2026)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Pyrazolam is in veel landen gereguleerd of verboden (waaronder het Verenigd Koninkrijk onder de Psychoactive Substances Act en diverse EU-landen).
