Het wordt sinds ongeveer 2016 als designer-\/onderzoeksstof verkocht en is <strong>niet goedgekeurd voor medisch gebruik<\/strong> in elke belangrijke jurisdictie. Het wordt doorgaans aangetroffen als een wit of gebroken wit poeder.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Farmacologie<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Norflurazepam werkt als een positieve allosterische modulator van de <strong>GABA-A-receptor<\/strong>Het bindt niet-selectief aan verschillende receptortypes. Het heeft anxiolytische, sedatieve, anticonvulsieve en spierontspannende effecten.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Belangrijke farmacokinetische gegevens<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Halveringstijd<\/strong>Heel lang \u2014 ongeveer <strong>47\u2013150 uur<\/strong> (gemiddeld ~71 uur, tot wel meer dan 200 uur bij sommige individuen)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aanvang (oraal)<\/strong>: 30\u201390 minuten<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duur<\/strong>Extreem langdurig vanwege de lange halfwaardetijd, wat leidt tot aanzienlijke accumulatie bij herhaalde dosering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Door de langere werkingsduur kan het zich in het lichaam ophopen, waardoor de risico's na verloop van tijd toenemen.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Acute veiligheidsprofiel<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Bij de gebruikelijke doseringen (doorgaans 1-5 mg) beschrijven gebruikers sterke angstremmende effecten met merkbare sedatie. Vanwege de krachtige werking en de lange halfwaardetijd kunnen de effecten dagen aanhouden.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Veelvoorkomende gemelde effecten<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Sterke angstvermindering<\/li>\n<li>Sedatie en slaperigheid<\/li>\n<li>Spierontspanning<\/li>\n<li>Milde euforie (bij hogere doses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Mogelijke bijwerkingen en risico's<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Langdurige sedatie en accumulatie<\/strong>De lange halfwaardetijd kan leiden tot verminderde prestaties de volgende dag (of meerdere dagen daarna), sufheid en cognitieve stoornissen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ademhalingsdepressie<\/strong>Het risico neemt aanzienlijk toe bij gelijktijdig gebruik met andere kalmerende middelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afhankelijkheid en ontwenning<\/strong>: Hoog risico op lichamelijke afhankelijkheid. Ontwenningsverschijnselen kunnen ernstig en langdurig zijn vanwege de lange halfwaardetijd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cognitieve stoornis<\/strong>Geheugenproblemen, verwardheid en verminderde psychomotorische prestaties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ander<\/strong>Bijwerkingen zijn onder andere duizeligheid, hoofdpijn, een droge mond en een verhoogd risico op vallen (vooral bij ouderen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Grote zorg<\/strong>Vanwege de extreem lange werkingsduur kan herhaald gebruik leiden tot gevaarlijke ophoping, waardoor het risico op overdosering zelfs bij matige hoeveelheden toeneemt.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Geneesmiddelinteracties en contra-indicaties<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li><strong>Hoog risico<\/strong>Alcohol, opio\u00efden, andere benzodiazepinen, gabapentino\u00efden of andere middelen die het centrale zenuwstelsel onderdrukken (kunnen levensbedreigende ademhalingsdepressie veroorzaken).<\/li>\n<li>Sterk afgeraden voor personen met ademhalingsproblemen, leverfunctiestoornissen, een voorgeschiedenis van drugsverslaving of personen die voertuigen\/machines besturen.<\/li>\n<li>Niet aanbevolen tijdens zwangerschap of borstvoeding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Juridische status (vanaf 2026)<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Norflurazepam is in veel landen onder controle of verboden.<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>VK: Op grond van de Wet op psychoactieve stoffen<\/li>\n<li>Duitsland: NpSG (uitsluitend voor industrieel\/wetenschappelijk gebruik)<\/li>\n<li>Canada: Bijlage IV<\/li>\n<li>Veel andere rechtsgebieden reguleren het onder analoge wetten of NPS-wetten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Belangrijke Opmerking<\/strong>Dit is een neutraal, educatief overzicht gebaseerd op farmacologische gegevens en beschikbare rapporten. <strong>Norflurazepam is een niet-gereguleerde onderzoekschemicalie waarover zeer beperkte klinische veiligheidsgegevens bij mensen beschikbaar zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"xs_social_share_widget xs_share_url after_content \t\tmain_content  wslu-style-1 wslu-share-box-shaped wslu-fill-colored wslu-none wslu-share-horizontal wslu-theme-font-no wslu-main_content\">\n\n\t\t\n        <ul>\n\t\t\t        <\/ul>\n    <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Norflurazepam Powder Norflurazepam Powder (also known as N-Desalkylflurazepam) is a long-acting benzodiazepine and an active metabolite of several prescription drugs, including flurazepam, quazepam, and fludiazepam.
